About us

This website is operated by TGG LTD, trading as TPX, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11069602, with its registered office at Foundation, 2 George St, Altrincham WA14 1SG. Contact: 0161 667 7000 or our Contact page. These terms apply to all orders placed through this store. By placing an order, you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.
  • We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. pricing error, stock unavailable, suspected fraud). If we do, you'll get a full refund.
  • Please check your delivery address carefully — we can't redirect parcels once dispatched, and we're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.

Prices and payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment is taken at checkout via our payment providers.
  • If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Products

  • We take care to describe products accurately, but colours may vary slightly with screen settings, and minor specifications may change.
  • Products must match their description, be of satisfactory quality, and be fit for purpose, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Delivery and fulfilment

  • We work with third-party fulfilment partners, and some items ship from overseas warehouses. Delivery estimates are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page — most tracked orders arrive within 10 working days.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes when we receive payment in full.
  • If your order hasn't arrived within the maximum estimated time, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. Getting your order to you is our responsibility, not the courier's.

Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Your cancellation and return rights are set out on our Returns & Refunds page, including your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and your remedies for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Our liability

  • We don't exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
  • We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses — this store is for consumers.

General

  • We may update these terms; the version in force when you order applies to that order.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (or Scotland / Northern Ireland if you live there), and you can bring proceedings in your local courts.
  • If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.
