Where we ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom.

How long it takes

We work with trusted third-party fulfilment partners, and some products ship from overseas warehouses. We'd rather tell you that up front than surprise you. Typical timelines:

Order processing	1–3 working days
Delivery (from dispatch)	5–12 working days
Total estimate	Within 10 working days for most tracked lines (occasionally up to 15 around peaks/customs)

Some items dispatched from UK/EU warehouses arrive faster — the product page or checkout will show the estimate for your item where available.

If your order exceeds the maximum estimate shown at checkout, contact us and we'll put it right with a replacement or refund.

Tracking

Every order gets a tracking number by email once dispatched. Tracking can take 2–5 days to show its first update after dispatch — this is normal for international shipments.

Costs

Shipping is charged on every order and calculated at checkout — standard tracked UK delivery is a flat £3.95. All prices aim to include applicable import handling for UK deliveries where the chosen fulfilment line is duties-inclusive — if a line is not, we will disclose at checkout that customs charges may apply.

Split deliveries

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels from different warehouses. You'll get tracking for each. You're never charged extra for split deliveries.
