We are the data controller for personal information collected through this store and are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration number ZA300256.

What we collect

Order information — your name, delivery address, email address, phone number, and details of what you bought.
Payment information — handled by our payment providers (e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal). We never see or store your full card number.
Device and usage information — IP address, browser type, and how you use our site, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
Communications — emails, calls, or messages you send us, so we can help with your order.

How we use it

To process and deliver your order, and to keep you updated about it. — Performance of a contract.
To handle returns, refunds, and customer service queries. — Performance of a contract, and legal obligation where returns or refunds are legally required.
To send marketing emails only if you've opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time. — Consent.
To improve our store using analytics. — Consent (analytics run on non-essential cookies, as required by PECR).
To prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations. — Legitimate interests (fraud prevention and system security), and legal obligation (tax, accounting, and other legal duties).

Our legal bases under the UK GDPR are:

Performance of a contract — to process and deliver your order.
Consent — for marketing emails and non-essential cookies (including analytics and advertising), as required by PECR. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Legitimate interests — to protect our store and customers against fraud, to maintain the security and integrity of our systems, and to keep basic records of enquiries so we can respond to you. Who we share it with

We share your information only where needed to run the store:

Shopify — hosts our store and processes orders on our behalf.
CJdropshipping — our fulfilment partner. We share your name, delivery address, phone number, and order details with CJdropshipping so they can pick, pack, and ship your order. CJdropshipping acts as a processor for us and may use its own logistics subprocessors (couriers and warehouses) to deliver your parcel.
Payment providers — to take payment securely.
Analytics and advertising partners (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta) — only with your cookie consent.
Couriers and postal services — to deliver your order.

We do not sell your personal information.

International transfers

Some orders are fulfilled from warehouses outside the UK, including in China and other countries. This means your delivery details are transferred internationally so your order can be shipped. Where we transfer personal data outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or transfers necessary to fulfil your order.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the store work (cart, checkout, security) and, with your consent as required by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), analytics and advertising cookies. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies via our cookie banner, and change your mind at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for 6 years to meet UK tax and accounting requirements. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained per our analytics providers' standard retention settings.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.
